Tire & Wheel Scheduling, Tracking & Data Delivery
Esys’ Tire and Wheel Tracker System is a Data Delivery System specifically designed to handle the data needs of a
Tire and Wheel Assembly Process. The System allows a single point of control and part information for a distributed system. The
Tracker System is not a FIFO but rather a build database in which equipment can access information based on where they are in the
"build manifest." This means that if a particular piece of equipment has gotten out of sequence there is no direct effect to the
other equipment in the process, saving substantial time in the event of an equipment malfunction. No more removing and reloading
parts into the system, simply adjust data via a user-friendly screen.

Tire & Wheel Tracker System Highlights:
- PLC based (PC only as an HMI), this translates into extreme reliability
- Capable of delivering data to equipment in less than 125m seconds
- Not dependent on sequential processes (handles parallel lanes)
- “Buffers" itself from the upper level broadcast system, up to 2-4 hours.
- Allows for a single point to insert or remove assemblies
- Editable "Dictionary" that allows users to enter additional information. For example, should the plant's data system only provide a tire code, you could add tire diameter and load rating so it would be available for assembly equipment.
