Esys offers a tracking and data delivery system specifically designed to handle the data needs of manufacturing processes. The system allows a single point of control and part information for a distributed system. Our tracking system is not a FIFO / shift register but rather a build manifest database in which processes access information based on where they are in the "build manifest." This means that if a process gets out of sequence, there is no direct effect to the other processes, saving substantial time in the event of an equipment / process malfunction.

Esys Tracking System Highlights:

• The system is PLC based (PC only as a HMI), very reliable.
• Capable of delivering data to equipment in less than 125m seconds.
• Not dependent on sequencial processes (handles parallel lanes).
• The system "buffers" itself from the upper level data system, up to 2-4 hours.
• Allows for a single point to insert or remove a product.
• System "Dictionary" allows users to enter custom product information.
