TRACEABILITY
An Esys Corporation traceability system is an integration of production equipment data and operator performance data to create a central data collection system and eventually an historical database. Manufacturers find that historical data records on critical processes are the basis for improved quality and throughput. The level of automation and processes is different for every manufacturer. Our experience in automation controls and error-proofing provides you the expertise to attack data collection and process control equipment to record process information.

A traceability system can be a very basic installation to a complete system offering the following features:

  • Critical process data collection (Quality & Production)
  • Part identification, Serial number with Bar codes / RFID Tags
  • Lot & Batch Tracking
  • Integrated error-proofing systems
  • Reject / Rework tracking
  • Finished goods inventory monitoring
  • Shipped goods searching and reporting
  • Process efficiency reports
  • Scheduling or JIT management reporting
